DO NOT BUY - WILL NOT BACK WARRANTY, July 7, 2011 This review is from: The Sharper Image In-Home Professional Garment Steamer, Black (Kitchen) I purchased this garment steamer in Feb of 2010. By June, the power button actually fell through so I could not operate it. I called and emailed Sharper Image, and when they finally responded, this is the email I got:
Thank you for your reply. The CG-S250 was a product that was carried by the former Sharper Image which went bankrupt in 2008. We have no information on those products.

So basically, they will not recognize the warranty or replace the steamer.

Great Garment Steamer, December 6, 2010 By Social Worker (Raleigh, NC USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: The Sharper Image In-Home Professional Garment Steamer, Black (Kitchen) I used to have a Tobi Garment Steamer, but lost it during a power surge. I replaced it with the Sharper Image and I love this one so much more. The Tobi wasn't as sturdy and the stand would easily lower itself mid-steaming. The Sharper Image is sturdy, rolls easily, heats up quickly, holds a ton of water, and I love the blue light-up power button - it's easy to tell if you have turned it off.

just ok, October 15, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: The Sharper Image In-Home Professional Garment Steamer, Black (Kitchen) Product just came in. Was disappointed in the fact that the water container leaks when putting in the machine upside down. Also, the water container has to be emptied after each use, and the opening is so small that it takes forever to dry completely out. Not as much a problem for me since I leave it in a spare bedroom while its drying, but annyoing non-the-less.
