Thanks to all you reviewers that spent your priceless time helping others make their purchasing decisions.
I bought this product today from a local store. After I got home and started removing the packaging, I noticed that the iron holster was broken. (It's the part that extends from the board, which is meant for the iron to be strapped into for convenient storage.) On close examination, it appears that they are using one-way plastic clasps and GLUE to hold the strap to the station, both of which failed during storage.
To whoever is considering the purchase of this product: carefully examine the iron holster to make sure the strap part is perfectly attached. Otherwise, choose another product that doesn't use glue to hold its parts together.
It is height adjustable which is nice. No problems there.

Unfortunately it is so unstable I would consider it a safety hazard even if I didn't have children for it to tip over on. As far as I can tell the reason it lacks stability is just plain shoddy construction. The joint / hinge that holds the legs together is like that on a pair of cheap kids scissors that are so loose that you can't cut with them. After reading reviews for a number of other ironing boards on amazon it seems like this is a common problem. Why is it so hard to build a quality ironing board that doesn't sway back and forth when you're ironing?

What the other review said was true of my board as well. It is not quite level, and sits on 3 legs. This is more of a problem on a hard floor than on carpet. It feels stable when ironing. I think the weight on it pushes the leg down.
I love the pocket for the iron. It feels very secure, and definitely keeps the iron out of the way. I've burned myself a number of times before from jostling an ironing board, and I think those days are over with this board. The board locks securely into place for moving, and is simple to set up.
Height adjustment is a fabulous feature. My 6' hubby and 5'3 me can both use it comfortably. It even lowers enough that I could use it while seated.
This ironing board is thicker than typical. It's a great feature except for trying to get into little crevices with the pointed end. The end is also thicker, so this may cause some people some problems.
